Fiber composites combine the advantageous properties such as steel, aluminum, wood, and plastics. They enable solutions in the industrial sector, e.g., in mechanical and apparatus engineering, the textile industry, aircraft and vehicle construction, electrical engineering, transportation technology, medical technology, environmental and energy technology, and facade construction. Additionally, fiber composites are increasingly being used in load-bearing structures within corrosion-sensitive infrastructure sectors such as railways, environmental protection, waste management, and both building construction and civil engineering.
At Plüss AG, you receive expert guidance right from the start. Our team is happy to assist you with material selection and the design of your components or supporting structures.
We are also happy to take on the implementation of your drawings, including the detailed planning and calculation of covers and constructions. After careful design and analysis, the required components are manufactured in our production facilities in Pfaffnau.
Our facilities are ideally equipped for the mechanical processing of profiles, tubes (GRP tubes, CFRP tubes), plates (GRP plates, CFRP plates), gratings, and other components made of composite materials, plastics, and metals. For larger series or complex components, we have several CNC machining centers available in-house.
