Einleitung

CFRP profiles with an epoxy matrix offer high strength, dimensional stability, and good surface properties. We manufacture round rods with diameters ranging from 2 to approx. 16 mm as standard, as well as tubes with various outer and inner diameters – each in standard lengths of 3 meters, with other lengths available on request. Threaded rods are available in DIN (metric) and inch (imperial/UNC–UNF). Thanks to controlled manufacturing and material selection, resilience and durability are guaranteed even under dynamic conditions.

Ultra-high modulus fibers

We have recently become able to process ultra-high modulus fibers in our solid and hollow profiles. This significantly increases the stiffness of the profiles (modulus of elasticity) compared to profiles produced with high modulus fibers.
